Требования

Solid qualification in B2B Marketing.
Proven experience in promoting a design or marketing agency.
Strong understanding of the digital products market, trends, and concerns.
Strong analytical skills and the ability to make data-driven decisions.
Proven ability to develop and implement successful marketing strategies.
Fluency in English.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Strong understanding of design as a service.

Задачи

Shape and implement marketing strategies to promote design services for digital companies around the world.
Utilize LinkedIn, Clutch, Sortlist, Behance, Dribbble, special projects, and strategic partnerships to generate leads and engage potential clients.
Identify new business opportunities and test new hypotheses for lead generation (both online and offline).
Involve top management in local events, such as in Barcelona and around Europe, to network and connect with potential clients.
Monitor and measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and make adjustments as needed.
Collaborate with internal teams, such as design and sales, to develop and execute marketing plans.
Research and analyze market trends and concerns to stay up-to-date with industry developments.
Develop marketing campaigns and materials to support sales efforts.

We’re remote first, which means we get to work from wherever we want.
Work schedule 5/2 from 10:30 to 19:30 (GTM+3).
