- Develop and implement a cohesive marketing plan to drive pipeline growth.
- Lead a team of 2 performance marketing managers.
- Build relationships with tech vendors and stakeholders.
- Monitor all marketing campaigns and improve them when necessary.
- Design, plan and execute a paid acquisition strategy.
- Prioritize marketing projects and allocate resources accordingly.
- Prepare regular reports and presentations on customer acquisition.
- Be responsible for CAC metric.
- Manage a multi-million dollar marketing budget in a high-growth environment and allocate resources effectively to meet strategic goals.
