Оценка прав интеллектуальной собственности сегодня базируется на двух ключевых показателях: ставка дисконтирования и жизненный срок результатов интеллектуальной деятельности (РИД). При этом в возникающих патентных и не только спорах, одна из сторон оперирует т.н. нормативными сроками, для определения стоимости своей интеллектуальной собственности, существенно ее завышая.
Проанализировав множество терминосистем, нам удалось выявить механизм корреляции между изменением технологий и терминов. Оказалось, что анализ зависимости от веса и скорости замены терминов, входящих в терминосистему конкретной области интеллектуальной собственности определяет срок жизни РИД. Фактически мы столкнулись с еще не описанным на тот момент явлением.
Сегодня мы уже понимаем, что подобный анализ не только дает данные для оценки жизненного срока РИД, но и помогает предсказывать прорывные ключевые технологические изменения в отраслях. Эффект от подобных исследований несомненно необходим технологическим лидерам, а так же начинающим стартапам и научным коллективам.
Данные наших исследований показали возможность автоматизации исследований по этому вопросу, исходя из чего мы сделали вывод о необходимости публикации нового метода определения жизненного срока РИД и запуска нового проекта нашей небольшой IT компанией "Антиномия".
Assessment of intellectual property rights today is based on two key indicators: the discount rate and the life-time of intellectual property. At the same time, in emerging patent and not only disputes, one of the parties operates the so-called. regulatory deadlines for determining the value of their intellectual property, significantly overestimating it.
Having analyzed many terminological systems, we were able to identify the mechanism of correlation between changes in technologies and terms. It turned out that the analysis of the dependence on the weight and rate of replacement of terms included in the terminological system of a specific area of intellectual property determines the life of the life-time of intellectual property. In fact, we encountered a phenomenon that was not yet described at that time.
Today, we already understand that such analysis not only provides data for assessing the life of life-time of intellectual property, but also helps predict disruptive key technological changes in industries.The effect of such research is undoubtedly necessary for technology leaders, as well as for budding start-ups and research teams.
The data of our research showed the possibility of automating research on this issue, based on which we concluded that it was necessary to publish a new method for determining the life cycle of life-time of intellectual property and launch a new project by our small IT company "Antinomia".
