About My Passion and Expertise With over 25 years in the fitness, beauty, and wellness industry, I have developed and launched more than five businesses from scratch, each with investments ranging from 1 to 3 million dollars. From creating a unique concept to implementing every business process, my experience spans across all aspects of building a luxury brand. I’ve personally trained over 300 successful professionals to deliver high-end services in the premium segment. For the past decade, I’ve focused on consulting and training in this industry, empowering over 100 individuals through coaching sessions and team development. I’ve also designed an exclusive training system for staff to provide exceptional luxury service, alongside a business coaching program tailored for executives and owners, including an MBA-level coaching curriculum.

I am passionate about luxury services in beauty and wellness – from fitness and massage to spa treatments and hair care. My explorations have taken me to over 30 salons worldwide, including Bali, where I continually seek out inspiration for creating superior client experiences.
