Некоторым, особенно slowpoke, резидентам Ру, которые зарегали компании в США и не поменяли там адреса с русских :) в последние пару недель многие агенты разослали «письмо счастья».
В нём говорится о том, что с 7-го июня запрещено американцам оказывать услуги corporate formation and management to persons located in Russian Federation, посему идите вы нахрен.
В санкциях также написано, что дело касается "persons located in Russian Federation". Так как разъяснений не было, что именно это значит - многие просто решили перестраховаться.
Сегодня был выпущен новый FAQ с разъяснениями, в частности этих двух моментов - читайте сами и смотрите относится ли оно к вам или нет :
Q&A 1058: The definition of “person located in the Russian Federation” was released: “OFAC interprets ‘person located in the Russian Federation’ to include persons in the Russian Federation, individuals ordinarily resident in the Russian Federation, and entities incorporated or organized under the laws of the Russian Federation or any jurisdiction within the Russian Federation.”
Q&A 1059: The prohibition related to accounting, trust and corporate formation and management consulting services would not prohibit the provision of services to a non-Russian company that has a physical presence and operations outside of the Russian Federation, including such a company owned or controlled by persons located in the Russian Federation, provided that the services will not be further exported or reexported to persons located in the Russian Federation. By way of example, A U.S. accounting firm provides tax advisory and preparation services to the U.S. subsidiary of a Russian company. This U.S. subsidiary has an office and employees in the United States and conducts business in the United States, and the services will not be exported or reexported to the Russian parent company.

Условно если ты в ру и не контролируешь компанию в сша то все окей. Понятие контроля прописано уже сто раз до всяких санкций и прочего.
скоро в европе так же будет полагаю?
Про европу не знаю совсем - там вообще всегда было все хуево - и до войны и даже не для русских :). И банки говно и с компаниями проблемы.
Но в америке слава богу не надо быть специальной компанией или там лицензию получать чтобы быть Registered agent :)
Но это и неважно.
