The table shows the share in modes of city transport in 2012 in three cities in Asia: Beijing, Delhi and Seoul. The share is measured in percentage and the data is categorised into types of public transport.

The road transport options, such as cars and buses, were generally more popular in all three cities. A notable observation is the dominant preference of private vehicles in Beijing, where 33% of the population favours this option. In contrast, both Delhi and Seoul have a lower, but equal, reliance on personal vehicles, with each at 23%. All three cities show an identical percentage of bus users, standing at 27%. This uniformity suggests that buses are a common and stable mode of public transport across the board, regardless of the city.

Overall, the data shows that there is no form of transport that dominates in all cities, but rather popular transport modes vary depending on the city.
